Shareholders

Once shareholders have successfully completed the validation process, they gain full access to the shareholder environment of the new B.V. through the Digital Notary. Here's what shareholders can expect:

  1. Full Access Post-Validation:

    • After completing the necessary validation steps, including identity verification and any additional required checks, shareholders are granted full access to the Digital Notary platform.

  2. Shareholder Environment:

    • Within the shareholder environment, shareholders can view and manage their shareholdings in the company. This includes real-time access to their shares, transaction history, and any corporate actions.

  3. Position Management:

    • Shareholders have the ability to manage their positions directly through the platform. This includes participating in shareholder meetings, voting on important matters, and executing share transfers.
